If you have received a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photographic proof in order to get a replacement or refund. Refunds are made within 14 work days depending on your bank.

When exchanging or returning the products, invoices must be sent with the products. All products must be sent with the Reorah Collection jewelry box and product presentation cards. Should the item be returned with damaged or missing packaging items, the customer will be liable for any loss in value.
