CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Warranty Conditions
Unless
otherwise stated, all products are under the warranty of the manufacturer. For
the warranty to be valid, you must check the product at the time of delivery.
If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and request a damage report
from the courier. Any changes made to the product, the opening of the package,
deformation of the product, or any alteration of the original design will void
the warranty. Not recommended for individuals with sensitive or allergic skin
types.
Product Return and Exchange Conditions
If the product
you purchased through our website is incomplete or defective, you must contact
us within 24 to 48 hours from the delivery date. Upon providing this
information, the defective product you return via the shipping company will be
replaced with a new one. If the defect is due to customer misuse or the product
has been used within this period, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products that
are custom-designed, ear-related items (such as earrings,
piercings, ear cuffs), and silver design pieces are non-refundable
and non-exchangeable.
Other than
these exceptions, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the
item and return the product exactly as delivered, along with its invoice. For
non-defective product returns, shipping fees (including those originally
covered under free shipping) will be deducted from the refund amount.
All return and
exchange processes are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law
No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.
Invoices for
returned or exchanged items must be included in full, and the product must not
be removed from its original packaging. Otherwise, returns or exchanges will
not be accepted.
Due to health
and hygiene regulations, accessories that exceed the specified
return/exchange period are not eligible for return or exchange. To be eligible
for a return or exchange, the product must not be removed from its
packaging, must not be tried on, and its packaging must remain undamaged.
If the product
is returned in damaged or incomplete original packaging, a 50% deduction
will be made from your refund to cover the cost of a new box.
Covid-19 Policy
During the
Covid-19 pandemic, considering health and hygiene precautions, return and
exchange processes are carried out after keeping the products in quarantine
for 7 days.
