I gladly accept returns and but not exchanges for only buyers residing in EU countries. They have the right to return an item contacting us within 14 days of delivery and shipping items back within 21 days of delivery. No return and exchange is acceptable other than EU countries. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, fees, or VAT. If the item is not returned in its original condition or returned after usage (earrings can not be returned), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances. Because of the nature of custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns and/or exchanges.
